Our five-step process begins with an initial site inspection, where we identify vulnerabilities and determine the best approach for resolution. By deconstructing and analysing problem areas, we uncover the root causes of issues like water ingress, window leaks, and structural deficiencies.
Seamless Rectification Process
Once the investigation is complete, we develop a detailed scope of works and action plan. Our skilled in-house team of facade specialists manages and performs all remediation work, delivering unmatched quality and continuity. To provide transparency and build client confidence, we supply a detailed photographic Record of Work document upon completion.

This unique document features photo evidence of each step, a thorough pictorial description of work performed, and Confirmation of Compliance with standards and warrantable application procedures. It also validates the proper application of waterproofing products for the manufacturer’s 10-year product warranty and includes a 2-year workmanship warranty. Furthermore, to guarantee long-lasting results, we conduct rigorous acceptance testing in compliance with AAMA 501.2, the industry benchmark for water ingress standards, and our QBCC Licence 15179279.
